What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that training for designs are being offered for their data vis function.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great for the pages to load faster, and for HaloDW to be more intuitive when it comes to settings calibration for a smoother UX.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to present more comprehensive data that we can interpret and visualize clearly to help our clients with their business decisions.
