What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Halo enabled our data to be processed clearly and without any fuss.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great to have affordable rates for server upgrades and for BI's load times to speed up more.

We're able to streamline all information and documents from various systems that we used in the past.
