What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using the product for over five years, and I constantly marvel at how incredibly reliable it is. It takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's the best!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have any complaints. I just recommend that knowledge about MDX would be useful if you'd like to change how things looked in a grid, but Hallo's customer service team will also be able to walk you through the process anyway.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're now ensured that our data is consistently accurate. The data tallies with our historical figures from JD Edwards, unlike with previous tools where we always need to vet whether the data is correct or not.
