My review on Halogen’s performance

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are just too many admirable modules and too many pros to mention here. I personally like the new feedback capacity on the Performance Appraisal process, because it shows me that I am dealing with a transparent, open-communication program that helps employees and supervisors to communicate and to assume responsibility. We used Magentation before, which managed performance on the basis of documents and deliverables, and which is not even close as good as Halogen's disciplinary roles. This program simply opens your eyes on accomplishment and failure, especially if it refers to you. It is the new cornerstone of our organizational culture, and I can't help giving the most positive feedback ever. Ah, almost forgot: we developed a nice award section recently (Golden Star Award), just in order to appreciate special employee achievements on weekly basis. I am mentioning because I think it could be a helpful idea for you too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, nothing. We love everything about this program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Halogen proved to be more efficient than every other system we considered, and it executed our organization's quest for establishing a meaningful performance review procedure.
