What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciated that Halogen's ability to build unique forms aligned with our team's needs for performance management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to ease up on red-tape clicks in the admin and back-end side so we can avoid slowing the process down.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been able to create a fully digital system for our performance management templates much faster. It allows us to use a system similar to what our executives are already used to and use for the annual performance review and traffic improvement.
