What are the best aspects of this product?

We were able to create a variety of performance process that fit our requirements, plus survey forms that we can use to collect feedback from the team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More of a wishlist in obtaining employee data: it would be great to add a filter for six months, apart from just the default one year filter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's a great tool! It's a great tool that allows us to track both our yearly and new hire appraisals, book automated one-on-one meetings that are also saved in the employee's account.
