PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very helpful with decision making. The inbuilt assistant helps you to go through the process of putting down your thoughts regarding the problem you are faced with. Once you have the problem well defined in a written form, then you have a clear view of the problem and finding better solutions to the problem is easier going forward.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not easy to define the problem holistically form your personal perspective and others\' perspective. It takes a few times using it to get used to the process and using the app. However, the addition of the inbuilt assistant helps with this issue.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like more automated assistance in using the app. May be making the inbuilt assistant even more simplified than what it is now in helping the thought process of defining the problem and eventually in making the decision to the problem under consideration.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used it to look at what makes it so difficult for people to implement the simple rules of the new Information Technology project management methodologies as we know with Agile or Scrum or Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) and to find out the practical solutions to help overcome some of the challenges people face. Using the steps and system processes and based on the resultant stories, some interventions could be developed to help people to be more successful in these types of projects.
