It is a very simple process that helps you organize your thoughts into a well-structured format. The ProConCloud process ensures you evaluate not just the Pros and Cons of changing but also of not making a change.
It ensures that you really think about all the options available to resolve a decision conflict not just compromise

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Step 3 can be a little confusing but with a little practice, one gets more comfortable with the process.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Incorporating some Artifical Intelligence in the messenger function would be amazing. What if Harmony (The Decisions Coach) could provide context-specific insight to a user.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to define why people are not changing to our new "no-multitasking" policy. By understanding the reasons why they were opposing the change allowed us to resolve the disharmony with workers that was causing low productivity and morale.
Using step 4 we defined enough countermeasures to ensure that our proposed solution will be implemented with little resistance and enough action plan to ensure the benefits will be realised.
