PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Most of us delay making difficult decisions because it can be so overwhelming, not even knowing where and how to start. The thing I like most about the app, and why I developed it, is that this App makes \\\"good decision making\\\" accessible to everyone. It guides users through 5 steps, each design to prevent 5 common decision mistakes. All the user has to do, is simply answer the questions that will ensure they will be able to make a breakthrough in any decision or problem they are facing in just an hour or less. I personally use this app almost on a daily basis both to help me with my own decisions, and to review the analysis and implementation progress my clients shared with me via the app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The most challenging part of any app that helps users think critically about a tough decision, is how to make it simpler, faster, better and more fun to use. These are the goals that is driving my and my team continuous improvement efforts. We know there are still many ways we can improve these elements and won\\\'t quit until we have achieved these objectives.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to make it very easy for users to give us feedback on how to make the app simpler, better, faster to use and more fun to use. I also would like to make it much easier for users to find and follow other users to view their analysis, insights gained and progress made of users that are dealing with similar decision conflicts or problems than they are so users can learn from each other. Both of these are in our development pipeline.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have used it to resolve the conflict of whether to release new features asap vs. only release features that have been thoroughly tested. Our key insight using the app was that not all users are sensitive to bugs, as long as they are not critical. So, we have a range of beta testers willing to tolerate some non-critical bugs that help us thoroughly test the new features in the app before launching it to all users.
