What are the best aspects of this product?
A lot of apps are capable of tracking time. And there are plenty others that generate invoices. Only a selective few can do both while having seamless integration with your current project management software. It even contains an iOS application for on-the-go tracking. Harvest was a great fit for my agency.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's a bit costly. At times, my employees would overlook things by accident. By this would mean making use of the Harvest button in Asana for keeping track of tasks.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm getting my employees to do the time tracking themselves via Harvest. They're doing that while taking part in client projects that I've previously set up with via Asana. It makes it all so simple in taking the hours tracked. Then making monthly invoices for every client.
