A great time tracker that won’t give anyone a headache.

What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing that I favor with Harvest is its ease of use. Time tracking is very precise. Harvest lets me toggle from one project to the next. It keeps me updated by the minute on what I'm currently working on and the amount of time spent on it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only downside with Harvest is that it's very difficult seeking the precise project that I wanted in billing my time to. I'd frequently have more than 50 projects available for me. At times, these projects entail me to scroll a bit in landing the right projectt that I'm currently on. A search functionality is present but it feels as if it takes a long while to search for that certain project via the entries available.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The business aspect Harvest is able to resolve is by tracking time precisely all day long. Clients are billed by the minute. That means it's critical to always come out with an honest billing. This is what's most important.
