What are the best aspects of this product?
It's lightning quick. Being able to access past invoices is seamless. Starting/pausing time is easy. The search features found in the invoice area is very immediate.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's lacking comprehensive integrations. Has relatively few help desks available.

Invoicing and time tracking are its standouts. Knowing where we're spending our time within the internal business process. Invoicing clients by the hour. Organizing time allocations for each project.
