What are the best aspects of this product?

Harvest is a great tool for time tracking. It is easy to track time for different projects without the need to spend a lot of time logging in time data. You can easily generate reports and invoices which can then be added to Quickbooks or directly sent to the customer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The negative aspect of Harvest is that it's expensive and I wish to get another alternative. It is also more convenient to use for an organization and not an individual.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use the app to track time for my client's projects. I am able to generate and review time invoices for employees and contactors.
