What are the best aspects of this product?
The free version has all the features that you need although they are slightly limited. That allows you to become a paying member progressively as you grow. The invoicing is flexible and simple to use. Morever, it has a mobile app and the support is excellent and fast.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes the time tracking app lags. I wish it was possible to do batch record payment.

It helps with time tracking and invoicing. It makes you accountable to your bosses when they ask questions about your work schedule. It also helps for operations planning for clients projects.
