Excellent time tracking support

What are the best aspects of this product?

It makes it easy to track and break down billable hours of the work that I've done so that I can be paid. It makes you focus better on your job because you know you're being tracked.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a problem with the widget function because it didn't work. That forced me to use the webpage instead, although I know other people will have a problem with that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before it was difficult to track time for our agency's multiple clients and report the time that we spent for their projects. Harvest has enabled us to review our billing and time tracking process and has made it easy to get paid for our work.
