What are the best aspects of this product?
Convenient for tracking and invoicing team tasks. The personal time tracking feature available on Mac makes it easy to know everyone's input on a task. Invoicing is made easy even with payment using PayPal. Personal feature that allows one to track time even on the go.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The iPhone app needs to be improved because it always lags.

Before it was difficult to track time for our team. Harvest solved this problem and we still use it to date.
