What I love best with Harvest is it's simplicity. Everything is simple to operate. The UI is highly intuitive. Navigating directly from the timesheet to reports of your company to invoice creation is super simple.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing much with Harvest that I dislike. So far, it's been a great fit.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Working within the marketing agency, it's essential in tracking time spent on projects. Time tracking is utilized in seeing the time spent on individual projects. It's also ued in making an analysis on the company's capacity. We can create a lot of required projects.
