The timer feature integrates well with the mobile app making it a powerful tool. The ability to add notes to tasks created makes the tool very effective. Clients are able to see and understand what one is doing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app limits creative users who would prefer to have different tasks under certain categories. You have to put everything under the same category even if they are not related.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The timer functions as described. I think there are other features, although if you have no access to the full program you can't tell if there are any other additional benefits or not.
