Purposely aimed for time tracking.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've had my time with several time trackers. So far, Harvest is the most advanced in the market. It gives you the chance to track work in real-time. Or it lets you go back and track things in the later going.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, timers would go through a glitch. It won't stop unless you stop it by hand. Or it won't switch whenever I hit "start" on another timer. There have been instances where I wouldn't be at all aware of this leading me to come up with an estimate on the time spent with a certain task.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're resolving isuses that involve not tracking work in real-time. This has been a huge help with a retainer or pay-as-we work contracts. We needed to be highl accurate in keeping track of time. Great stuff!
