Simple time tracking system

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very simple to use. Just a few minutes into reading the user guide and watching a webinar, I was able to configure it. The mobile app also makes time tracking on the go very easy. It is able to track time worked, therefore one knows to whatever is billable and what is not. It can work across multiple devices making it easier to use on the go. You can add tasks and notes against the tasks added.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The disadvantage is that you cannot create tasks on the mobile device on the desktop app. You can only create new tasks on the website then reopen the desktop app to access the new tasks in your account.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to track time for my projects and makes it easy to know what is billable or not.
