What are the best aspects of this product?

The application is easy to set up and use and works exactly as it promises to do. It is easy to manage and track time and generate reports and also connect them to your projects codes. You can easily toggle between projects and tasks.The reporting feature helps you to monitor the amount of work done and compare it to the cost of labor and the hours that were budgeted for. Thus, allowing for ease of being paid what is worth.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish it was possible to carry forward jobs from the previous day like you can do in the .com version. I also wish that I could add a new job within the app so that it can begin to track my time.

We use the app to track time for our projects and team members. We also use to budget for projects and ease reporting for hours spent for resources planning.
