What are the best aspects of this product?

Harvest possesses that sleek and clean appearance. It aids in getting you to see the projects you're currently on. You get to see how much time is left in finishing things off. The navigation bar ensures that you can swiftly toggle from one project to the next, teams, timesheets, and a host of others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The plugin for Chrome can be stupid at times. I was hoping you can easily make a switch between projects and go through that swiftly. It's so simple when dealing projects one a time. But when you're able to do more than one, it makes things really messy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been having problems dealing with increased working hours set up for clients. Or I'd receive internal requests from co-workers. This time around, it's simple to login and see which part I am in a project. This is way better than being hounded all throughout the proecess.
