What are the best aspects of this product?
This is simple in keeping track of time for more than one client. It's also applicable for dealing with numerous projects. Very simple to utilize. It even auto saves.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can appear a bit unwieldy in entering time with projects growing. It'd be a plus if there's a workaround in clustering projects under a client. Or at least bucket the projects on the main screen.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Previously, we had to utilize spreadsheets for tracking time. It ate up a lot of time. It was also clunky. We made a decision to invest in Harvest and everyone loved it including our HR director.
