UI is really easy to get around in. Very simple to operate. Support staff has been great. They know what they're talking about when resolving issues.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Processing capabilities are missing. This becomes evident if a huge data pull is involved. Limited filtering. This goes for both pre- and post- data pull.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm using the tool for tracking revenue. I also use to help make the most of my revenue across our product portfolio. Made for use in day-to-day management. Decent in putting out warning flags in health products.
