What are the best aspects of this product?

HasOffers offers things for us. As a matter of fact, they've recently signed a BAA with us. The team of account management is responsive and highly technical. After some hand holding, the platform becomes a little easier to utilize.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its "install" event isn't labelled within our own affiliate reporting. This led to some confusion with our affiliates. Conversions become registration if there happens to be monetary value designated to it. On the other hand, mobile events consisting of conversions without financial avalues will install.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It keeps track of e-mail programs. Being able to oparate a self-serving affiliate program in-house. Responsive account management team. Familiarity with the system is evident after a bit of navigation and help.
