PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have been barely using your product for almost 2 years with a hope to growing our advertising branch, but we never did. We wanted to cancel the contract or downgrade - but Tune management do not agree, they want us to pay it fully even we do not use it.
We contacted Tune nicely asking to downgrade it, cancel it...in return we got "deal" that we can cancel it and pay it fully to the end (whats the point) or we can extend it for another 12 months.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that company could be more friendly and help-full, rather than selling their stuff and then counting just money.
We were pushed to extend the contract for another 12 months, even we have not used it....and now we regret it

updated offer management

We have barely used it.
