What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of use is good.
Quite a few functions, but a large part is not working properly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The price is very high, especially considering the quality of the product.
Many functions do not work properly.
The software does not meet our expectations and cannot be customized.
Support is helpless. They don't see problem, say they can't do anything, or say it's not Tune's fault.
