What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the intuitiveness of the software. The platform offers seamless integration with other softwares. These include 24metrics, Fraud Shield, and AffiliTest. User-friendly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some areas that are cumbersome to deal with. For example, if a publisher won't apply for an offer, you'll have to push push into the campaign card. Then you'll need to make a phsyical approval of them. It's challenging when a publisher wants to push more than one campaign or whenever a publisher settles to pushing a single campaign.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
At the moment, my media team is resolving an issue with regards to carrying out a click cap for every advertiser/publisher/campaign. With our plan restricting us to specific clicks per month, we could be hitting the quota before it resets itself. Having the ability to manage click counts simlar to the way we manage caps would be an awesome tool. It'd be nice not having to pay extra for unwanted traffic.
