What are the best aspects of this product?

The solution comes with a daily journal, which I think very useful due to the data it contains. Its note index is helpful as well. The app allows us to work anytime, anywhere.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I dislike about this platform is that it only has a few reports. I wish they could add more.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It gives us the ability to track cost, time, and safety. Using papers is even eliminated, and it helps make our work faster and smarter.
