Hemingway Editor is a simple word processor and proofreading tool designed for writers. It is a standalone program that can be accessed online or by downloading the desktop version of the app; and helps users write in a simple, clear, and powerful manner. As an example, the app will highlight the phrase “walking slowly” in blue. To make the description more vivid and powerful, it will suggest an alternative word such as “tip-toed” or “crept.” Also, when a text has too many instances of passive voice, the app highlights them in green.
Publish To WordPress, Medium, Or Any Web Page
With Hemingway Editor, users will be able to publish their writing easily. In fact, if they need to publish a draft or live post to Medium or WordPress, they can directly do that from the app. In addition, they can import their text as HTML to publish it to any web page or blogging platform.

Another interesting feature of Hemingway Editor is the ability to import text from Microsoft Word and other text editing software.
