Creating an app is so simple, and things can be done in less than one day. Also if you need help, then support is highly reliable as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are more things I like than I don't like about Heroku. For me, I think that it's very user friendly and great for beginners. But features can be upgraded for better functionality and results.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is very stable in terms of app hosting. Most of the apps that we created are smooth sailing, so we're all good.
