What are the best aspects of this product?

I could not argue with the process and documentation cause its definitely one of the best in the market. Been using Heroku for years and I genuinely prefer this than any other products out there.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Currently, they offer limited dyno hours which makes me sad. I got no choice but to upgrade.
