Heroku did an excellent job in hosting several locally made company apps that my team and I created.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's now more convenient for my team to come up with ideas on how to create applications from scratch. At the same time, Heroku takes good care of the implementation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Been using the free tier to save thousands of dollars, but it also comes with a list of disadvantages. The apps tend to become idle after some time. Once you start logging in again, it takes some time to keep it up and running. I'd give it a low score in terms of speed efficiency. But since it doesn't cost me any amount of money, I guess that I shouldn't complain much about the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been doing a lot of work that's related to web hosting and programming. I've been helping several start-up enterprises by providing them free hosting services for the majority of their in house applications. Heroku allows us to come up with decent apps that help businesses run smoothly and increase their revenue. The program itself is so user friendly that I enjoy using it all the time.
