What are the best aspects of this product?

I can say that Heroku is the right choice for companies that are just starting to build their business and reputation to the community. It's an app builder that helps you create a multitude of applications that you can use to simplify your work processes and produce better and more accurate results. Since the tool is cloud-based you also don't have to worry about compromising your security and overall performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Before deciding to acquire Heroku, I suggest that you should do a little research and also take some time to analyze your long term budget. I don't have much to complain about in terms of usage, performance and adaptability. However, my main concern is the pricing which I find more expensive as compared to other products with the same functionality. Its good to use Heroku for small to mid-sized apps but for larger ones it means that I would have to pay extra, which seems to be not practical at all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Based on the overall performance of Heroku, I would like to give it an eight out of ten ratings because of its reliability and consistency when it comes to app building. I like the fact that almost everybody in the department can start their projects by creating a corresponding application to turn their ideas into action plans. The only downside of the product I think is the pricing because the truth is that not everyone can afford it.
