What are the best aspects of this product?

The layout of the portal and the knowledge articles provided for enrolling and managing devices are clear, easy to navigate, and even easier to ask for support with their built-in live chat function.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to complain about, really! The pricing is a little steep for Enterprise features per device, but it comes with great value.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The only aspect I would like to see implemented in the future would be to have more of a granular inventorying system for applications for us to keep track of potentially malicious packages downloaded from their OS's store. I have since put this in as a feature request with them, so maybe sometime in the future it will be implemented.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The most significant problem we solved was managing all of our company-owned Android and iOS devices in a single portal. We also realized during the testing process that customer service was essential, which we were not getting with competitors. Hexnode has an easy-to-use portal with a Live Chat function that always has technicians ready to help.
