Great customer support, awesome app!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Best part of Hexnode is their responsive customer support. I think they are available 24/7! They are always ready to help and resolve issues even if I call them in wee hours. They are very professional and reliable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are several external intergrations that I wish should be embedded already in the app. They could also improve on the documentation because it's a bit outdated. I also wish they would add user roles so we could easily assign admin roles within our team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We found the Partner Program really beneficial for us because of the incentives. Other features such as integrations with other apps has made our job easier. It's also more convenient now that we can manage all our devices, as well as our clients, using one app.
