My experience during the setup and configuration was great. It was seamless. I love their support team as well because they are responsive and reliable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to reformat a device before enrolling it as a company device and I find this a bit of a hassle.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to do tons of things with this software including limiting mobile data use and grouping the devices and configure it based on the needs for each group.
