What are the best aspects of this product?

This great app is user-friendly, even for non-technical person and to someone without an IT background. Management of multiple devices was made easier! Their support team is also highly commendable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not working for Apple TV yet. I hope they would resolve this soon because it's affecting our services with some of our clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Hexnode can manage different devices and operating systems, so our company's transition from using mac to Windows has been smooth.
