Management of multiple devices made easy!

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy to use even if you're a beginner. It's easy to learn -- from setting up to using it. We are also allowed to do testing and run updates regularly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some minor issues with Macs such as not properly showing FileVault status and slow updating.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The best thing about it is now we're able to manage and access multiple devices using a single, centralized software. We're able to keep our company devices secured. We're also able to keep track of the activities of the devices such as the most used app, locations, etc.
