Great automations -- alerts, policies, etc. 6. Smooth integrations with other apps and accounts 7. Remote control of devices 8. Reliable support team!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Remote access of devices through Hexnode is reliant on fast internet. It's not that useful if the internet connection is bad.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We felt more secured ever since we had Hexnode because we no longer have to worry about confidential information when a device is lost. We could delete it immediately.
