What are the best aspects of this product?

This is probably the best MDM software I've ever used. It's an overall good experience from setting up to actual use. I love its web client because it runs smoothly regardless of what device you're using.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had problems with enrolling Windows devices which took a lot of our time resolving.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are now more efficient when it comes to device maangement. Our old method is not effective and not a secured way to do things. We're lucky that we're able to switch to Hexnode when the pandemic started.
