What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like about Hide.me is that it does not require a particularly strong internet connection. I can easily use it on my desktop, or even using my data on my mobile phone. With it, I rest assured that my data is always protected even with intermittent disconnections.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, the connection becomes unbearably slow. I wish that the developers could find a way to address this issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this mainly for security and for checking in on my customers. In terms of security, I can easily encrypt the links that get sent to and from us. With regards to the latter, Hide.me allows me to review my clients’ networks.
