Hide.me is probably one of the easiest VPNs to install. It does not discriminate when it comes to compatibility--it can work with Windows, Mac, Android, Linux, you name it. I also love how it does not slow down my connection. I can barely notice it running quietly in the background.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Of course, there's still a matter of making money. The free versions are only as good as the trial versions, and the users would still need to subscribe to the premium versions to continue enjoying its features fully.
