What are the best aspects of this product?

My role in the company that is pretty delicate: I handle payroll and finance. This means that confidential information passes my desk day in and day out. This is why Hide.me is a non-negotiable tool for me. I need it to make sure that all the information that I handle remain classified. I can now send information—such as the company’s budget, financial statements, etc.—with ease. I haven’t experienced a lot of lags too which is a bonus point for me. I really can’t imagine work without this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’ve been using this software for the duration of my stay in my company and it has yet to let me down. It does the job well—I don’t think I have anything negative to say about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My job requires me to send valuable information online. Hide.me has, by far, protected our data from hacker attacks and breaches. Although I remain to be vigilant, this has surely eased my mind a bit because I know that I have an added layer of protection working for me.
