What are the best aspects of this product?

Hide my Ass lets me access sites that I can't view in my country. Not only does it allow me to bypass restrictions, but I can also surf the net anonymously.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when I would randomly get disconnected to my server--but it quickly fixes itself up.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this for work. Through it, I can gather the information that is otherwise blocked (or unavailable) in my country.
