What are the best aspects of this product?

Finally--I'm glad that I found a VPN that does not interfere with my internet speed. It's fairly easy to set up. I think that this has the most number of IP addresses available to users too. Despite its wide reach, it's actually very affordable too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't think I have anything negative to say about Hide my Ass.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It really does hide my ass. It keeps my internet activities locked and secure--I don't have to worry about anyone spying on me.
