What are the best aspects of this product?

Hide my Ass has all the tools and properties that I need in a VPN. First of all, it's very user-friendly. It does not slow down my servers and it allows me to connect to dozens of servers all around the globe. Best of all, I can enjoy all of this without breaking the bank.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's difficult to get in touch with their customer support team. They keep a log of the IP addresses that I connect with and a history of my activities too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been able to use this software on just about any device--and operating system--that I like. It has been helpful to me on multiple occasions.
