What are the best aspects of this product?

Unlike other VPN solutions, Hide my Ass does not slow down my server. I can still browse the net at the same speed as I've always done. It gives me a lot of IP addresses to choose from, and it was very easy to set up too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some pages that it would not load, despite being flagged as "safe" by other VPNs. As for the price, it can be quite costly too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Hide my Ass gives me more freedom to visit web pages that I would otherwise not dare open without a VPN. Bypassing country-restricted YT videos is a lot easier with this too.
