What are the best aspects of this product?

The sad truth is that the Internet is no longer a safe place--and this is why VPNs have become a necessity. However, Hide my Ass does more than just keep you secure online. It also allows you to bypass country restrictions and give you access to websites/apps that are not available in your country. As for me, it lets me see what content is readily available to my clients overseas. I can put myself in their shoes and make more informed decisions for my business based on this.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, I'm really impressed with what Hide my Ass can do. However, the app version does have its limitations. I can't seem to fully configure it according to my preferences.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I said, I can make more informed decisions because I can easily put myself in the shoes of my clients--what ads they see and what content might be relevant to them.
