What are the best aspects of this product?

Hide my Ass is my favorite VPN option. For one, it has one of the most numbers of servers around the globe. It is flexible and is compatible with just about any operating system. It does not interfere with my browsing too--the connection is just as steady with or without this robust software. Overall, it is a user-friendly solution that gives users room to explore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As great as this software is, I do have some issues with it. First, there is no free version for it. Another, they seem to keep a log of the IP addresses that I have connected to. It also does not work on IPv6.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Hide my Ass lets me access websites that are not readily available to me. I can simply install this on our router too and share it to other users without a problem.
